Executive 2/Senior Executive 1 - Procurement

Key Responsibility

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors for IT
  hardware, software, SaaS, and other operational requirements.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key
  suppliers to ensure seamless collaboration.
  
• Develop and implement procurement strategies
  aligned with organizational goals.
  
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to ensure cost
  savings and favourable terms.
  
• Handle the end -to -end procurement cycle,
  including requisitions, purchase orders, and payment approvals.
  
• Manage software and hardware inventory, ensuring
  equipment meets company requirements.
  
• Monitor procurement budgets and provide cost
  analysis to stakeholders.
  
• Ensure all purchases align with the approved
  financial plan.
  
• Maintain accurate procurement documentation,
  including contracts, invoices, and vendor agreements.
  
• Ensure compliance with procurement policies and
  legal requirements.
  
• Collaborate closely with multiple internal teams
  to ensure procurement management aligns with organizational goals.
  

Requirements

• Experience in IT/software procurement, vendor
  management.
  
• Strong negotiation skills with a track record of
  securing favourable terms.
  
• Proficiency in procurement tools, ERP systems,
  and inventory management software.
  
• Excellent attention to detail with strong
  organizational and analytical skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and
  deadlines in a fast -paced environment.
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  for cross -functional collaboration.
  
• Demonstrated integrity and proactive
  communication skills to foster trust across vendors, stakeholders, and internal
