Key Responsibilities:
Insurance Program Management: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive insurance programs. Evaluate and negotiate insurance policies to ensure optimal coverage and cost-effectiveness.
Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential liabilities and areas of exposure. Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate identified risks.
Claims Management: Oversee the management of all insurance claims, including investigation, documentation, and settlement. Work with legal and compliance teams to handle complex claims and litigation.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal insurance regulations. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and standards. Prepare and submit required regulatory filings and reports.
Policy Administration: Maintain accurate records of all insurance policies and related documentation. Review and update insurance policies as needed to reflect changes in company operations or risk profile.
Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on insurance costs, claims, and risk management activities for senior management.
Experience required: 2 to 4 years preferable from Manufacturing / Insurance companies Qualification: Any Graduate
