We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our CEO and directors. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a similar role, possess excellent organizational and communication skills, and be adept at managing a wide range of administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the CEO and directors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
  
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in an executive assistant or similar administrative role.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
  
• Professional demeanour and strong interpersonal skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information.
