Executive Assistant

• Maintain the Directors' calendar
  and scheduling
  
• Draft emails and maintain the MD's
  email account with strict confidentiality
  
• Prepare minutes of the meetings in
  the Directors' meeting
  
• Follow up and get the delegated
  work to the internal staff done on time and as per expectation
  
• Follow up with third -party
  individuals or companies for a different kind of work to be received or given
  
• Manage and organise the Directors'
  task list in a proper format
  
• Maintain Directors' contact and
  address book
  
• Organise travel bookings with
  agencies
  
• Maintain a professional
  relationship with the Directors of the business network
  
• Travelling with Directors as per
  requirement
