    Job Description

    We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our core 

    management team.The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, dependable, and capable of 

    managing multiple tasks efficiently.This is a full-time, in-office position.

    Key Responsibilities

    Office & Administrative Support

    • Oversee day-to-day office operations and ensure smooth functioning.

    • Manage front-office tasks such as email handling, visitor management, office supplies, 

    housekeeping supervision, and vendor coordination.

    • Maintain administrative documentation and ensure basic office upkeep and safety.

    Director Assistance

    • Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules.

    • Coordinate internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, document Minutes of Meetings 

    (MoM), and follow up on action items.

    • Act as a point of contact for communication with external stakeholders when required.

    HR & Basic Accounts Support

    • Assist HR with onboarding, documentation, internal communication, and employee 

    engagement activities.

    • Support basic accounts tasks including invoicing, payment tracking, billing logs, vendor 

    payment records, and coordination with the finance team.

     

    Qualifications



    Bachelor’s Degree (BBA/B.Com/BA English)

     Atleast 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant, Admin Executive, or in a 

    similar support role.

     Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and basic AI tools.

     Strong organizational, multitasking, and documentation skills.

     Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

     High level of professionalism and confidentiality.

     Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.

     Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

     Proactive, self-motivated, and reliable team player.
