Position: Executive Assistant to Director

Qualification:Graduate

Experience: Minimum 5 years

• Language:

- Good command of written and spoken English.

- Proficiency in Bengali and Hindi preferred.

• Skills:

- Good administrative skills and a flair for handling diverse tasks.

- Proficiency in computer applications and MS Word and MS Excel.

• Job Responsibilities:

- Provide high-level administrative support to the Director.

- Manage the Director’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements.

- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.

- Conduct research and compile data as needed.

- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

- Perform general office duties, including ordering supplies and maintaining records.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Strong communication skills and professional demeanor.

- Ability to work independently and take initiative.

- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy.
