Job Description - Executive Assistant Female

1. Managing emails, schedules and phone calls

2. ⁠Talking to clients and arranging the necessary info for them or delegating right person to get the work done

3. ⁠Coordination, Follow up and Delegation internal and external

4. ⁠travel booking, bill payments, similar sundry activities

5. 5. preparing quotations and data entry related to her work

6. ⁠ensuring systems are being adhered to and discipline is maintained

7. ⁠ensure in my absence work is always getting done. clients are getting answers. complains are being resolved. by the concerned people

Requirements

Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar role.
- Must have his own 2 wheeler.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Discretion and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
- Professionalism and a positive, proactive attitude
