The Executive Assistant – New Business Exploration & Incubation will work closely with the Managing Director to identify, evaluate, and incubate new business verticals for Quantum ProjectInfra. This is a high -impact strategic role designed for a professional who can combine executive support with business analysis, market research, and execution capabilities.
The role is envisioned as a leadership pipeline position, with the long -term objective of heading a new vertical and assuming P&L responsibility once the business is established.
Work directly with the MD to explore, assess, and develop new business opportunities and verticals
Conduct market research, feasibility studies, competitor analysis, and business model evaluation for new initiatives
Assist in preparing business plans, pitch decks, financial projections, and go -to -market strategies
Coordinate pilot projects and incubation activities until the vertical reaches operational maturity
Drive cross -functional coordination with internal teams (projects, finance, legal, operations, HR) for new initiatives
Track milestones, deliverables, budgets, and timelines for incubation projects
Support negotiations, partnerships, and strategic alliances as required
Act as a strategic sounding board to the MD on new ideas and initiatives
Prepare presentations, reports, dashboards, and MIS for leadership reviews
Manage critical communications, follow -ups, and priority actions linked to new business development
Once a new vertical is stabilized, take ownership of operational setup and performance tracking
Gradually assume responsibility for revenue, costs, and profitability (P&L ownership) of the assigned vertical
Build and manage a small team as the vertical scales
Must -Have:
Strong business acumen with exposure to strategy, business development, or project incubation
Excellent analytical, presentation, and communication skills
Ability to work in ambiguity and fast -changing environments
High ownership mindset with strong execution capability
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Good -to -Have:
Experience in real estate, infrastructure, advisory, consulting, or project management domains
Exposure to financial modeling, feasibility studies, or investment analysis
Prior experience working closely with CXOs / Founders
MBA / Postgraduate qualification preferred (Strategy, Finance, Operations, or Entrepreneurship)
2–10 years of experience in executive assistance, business strategy, consulting, or new business roles/ Fresher from Tier 1 college.
Demonstrated experience in driving initiatives beyond routine EA responsibilities
This role is designed as a fast -track leadership position. Successful incumbents will transition from Executive Assistant to Business Vertical Head, with full P&L ownership, based on performance and business growth.
