Position: Urgent Hiring for Executive Assistant to Director

We are hiring a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Director at our client’s esteemed real estate company in Andheri. The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance and manage various administrative tasks to ensure the Director's efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the Director's calendar and schedule appointments.
Assist in preparing for meetings, including logistics and materials.
Respond to emails and document requests on behalf of the Director.
Draft presentations, meeting notes, and other documents as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate administrative tasks effectively.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
