Job Description - Executive Assistant To MD

JewelsHire, a
distinguished leader in the realm of jewellery
industry recruitment, extends its invitation for a
position at a renowned jewellery manufacturer located in Andheri East, Mumbai.


Key Responsibilities 
  • Manage the Young & Dynamic MD's daily
    schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.

  • Act as the first point of contact for the
    MD, screening and prioritising communication as necessary.

  • Assist in preparing documents,
    presentations, and reports for meetings and presentations. Handle routine
    administrative tasks such as managing emails, answering phone calls, and
    maintaining files and records.

  • Conduct research and gather information as
    required to support the MD in decision-making processes.

  • Represent the MD in meetings and events
    when necessary, conveying their directives and maintaining professionalism at
    all times.

  • Collaborate with other members of the
    management team to ensure seamless communication and coordination of tasks.



Requirements



Qualifications
& Experience:


  • Graduate with 5+ years experience or Post Graduate (MBA- Finance/ HR) 3+ years experience in similar, administrative or
    business analyst role.

  • Good communication
    skills, interpersonal skills, handle highly confidential
    information such as salaries and business data and relate well
    with all levels of the organization.

  • Ability to complete
    assignments in an accurate and timely
    manner.
