Executive Assistant to the Founder

I run two companies (Scouto, PyjamaHR). I'm hiring one person into my founder's office to run everything that doesn't need me personally.

The work cuts across everything two companies do. One day it's sales - chasing an invoice, getting a renewal over the line. Next it's marketing - digging into a competitor's pricing, pushing a campaign out the door. Ops - a vendor contract that needs fixing, a subscription bill that looks wrong. Hiring - screening profiles and lining up interviews for a role we're closing. You see how two companies actually run from the inside, and your scope grows as fast as you can handle it.

Some weeks include personal logistics - travel, appointments, deliveries. It's a small part of the job, but it's part of the job.

How we work: I use AI tools heavily. You'll often get a researched brief - what to buy, who to call, what to say - and your job is flawless execution and closing loops without being reminded.

Hybrid role, mostly desk work on a laptop, so being near Koramangala helps.

Must have: based in Bengaluru near Koramangala, fluent Hindi and English, comfortable on calls with vendors and banks, smartphone savvy, high ownership. Kannada is a plus.

Compensation: Rs 6-12 LPA, full time.
