Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Executive Assistant (EA) with prior experience in the automobile industry, who will directly support the Director/General Manager in daily operations, communication handling, and follow-up on business tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
● Manage calendar, travel plans, and meeting schedules for senior leadership
● Coordinate between sales, service, finance, and admin teams to track performance metrics
● Prepare and follow up on reports: daily, weekly, monthly sales and service updates
● Maintain CRM hygiene and support customer communication tracking
● Handle email communication, drafting of business correspondence, and documentation
● Attend key meetings and prepare minutes of meeting (MoMs) with action plans
● Follow up with OEMs and internal departments on pending tasks
● Assist in dealership operations, customer satisfaction programs, and audit preparations
● Act as the point of contact for inter-department coordination on behalf of leadership
Preferred Candidate Profile:
● Minimum 2–4 years of experience as EA, preferably in an automobile dealership environment
● Graduate (BBA/BBM/BA) or higher; MBA preferred but not mandatory
● Excellent communication in English & Kannada (written and verbal)
● Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM systems
● Ability to multitask and manage pressure in a high-performance environment
● Good understanding of automobile dealership operations (sales, service, delivery, invoicing)
