Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive branded merchandise strategy that supports company branding, marketing campaigns, and employee engagement.

- Manage the end-to-end process of merchandise selection, procurement, inventory management, and distribution across all departments and locations.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, HR, Sales, Commercial, Finance and other departments to identify merchandise needs and opportunities for brand promotion.
- Source and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure quality, cost-effectiveness, and timely delivery of branded items.
- Maintain inventory controls, track budgets, and report on merchandise projects over the year.
- Coordinate promotional merchandise for corporate events, press conferences, show launches, and employee recognition programs.
- Ensure brand consistency and quality control across all merchandise and promotional items.
- Lead initiatives to innovate and refresh merchandise offerings based on trends, feedback, and business needs.
- Manage relationships with external agencies or creative partners related to merchandise design and production.
- Oversee logistics and distribution channels to guarantee efficient delivery to clients, and business units PAN India.

Preferred Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce or a related field.
- Proven experience (2-3 years) managing branded merchandise, promotional products, or marketing collateral programs.
- Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Excellent negotiation and vendor management abilities.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in inventory management and budgeting.
