· Lead generation and cold outreach to C -Level
people
· Identify, prospect, and secure new clients for
Apprenticeship Business
· Develop and execute effective sales strategies
for both direct and corporate clients.
· Build strong, long -term relationships with CHRO,
and Top HR Leaders
· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
while maintaining a healthy business pipeline.
· Conduct market research to identify new business
opportunities and client needs.
· Prepare and deliver tailored business proposals
and presentations to potential clients.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and
successful project delivery.
· Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of
engagement with clients.
· Maintain accurate records of sales activity in
the CRM system and provide regular performance reports.
Key Requirements
· Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration,
Marketing, or a related field.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and
negotiation skills.
