Executive- Community Engagement

Role & Responsibilities:

1. Conduct mobilization activities across
   all the communities.
   

2. Perform door-to-door activities to engage
   with the community.
   

3. Ensure student attendance and active
   participation in sessions.
   

4. Provide counselling to students when required.
   

5. Interact with stakeholders, Sarpanchs,
   and school principals.
   

6. Goal-oriented mindset to achieve monthly goals. 

Requirements

Requirements:

• Educational Qualification: Graduate (preferably in Commerce)
  with 3 to 5 years of experience.
  

• Strong knowledge of basic computer skills
  (MS Office).
  

• Comfortable engaging with the community
  and convincing students to enroll in courses.
  

• Goal-oriented mindset to achieve monthly goals.
