  • Assist in planning and executing GRC engagements including risk assessments, compliance reviews, and internal audits
  • Support implementation and assessment of control frameworks such as ISO 27001, ISO 22301, NIST, GDPR, and other regulatory or industry standards
  • Perform control testing, walkthroughs, and documentation of processes, risks, and controls
  • Identify control gaps, risks, and compliance issues; support development of remediation recommendations
  • Prepare working papers, reports, presentations, and client deliverables with high quality and accuracy
  • Collect, analyze, and validate data and evidence from client systems and stakeholders
  • Support risk and compliance tool implementations (e.g., GRC platforms) as required
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and support stakeholder discussions under supervision
  • Stay current with regulatory requirements, emerging risks, and industry best practices

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/ Commerce/ Business Administration/ Information Systems, or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in GRC, internal audit/ risk management/ compliance, or consulting
  • Basic understanding of risk management, internal controls, and compliance principles
  • Familiarity with frameworks such as ISO, NIST, SOX, or data privacy regulations is preferred
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
  • Ability to manage tasks, meet deadlines, and work in a team-oriented environment
