Position: Executive - Digital Content Operations Sports

Purpose: This position is responsible for timely entering of content metadata into the CMS system of SonyLIV Sports.

Education: Diploma or Graduate (in Broadcast or Media)

Experience: 2-3 years

Location: Mumbai    

Reporting Relationship: Lead - Meta Data operations

Business/Channel/Function: Broadcast Operations and Network Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Metadata Operations         
  
  
  
  • Entering the complete meta data details for a better user experience.
  
  
  • 100% accuracy of all the data fields to create a database for future mapping.
  
  
  • Following strict processes / workflows ensuring accuracy.
  
  
  • Working closely with the business, product, edit, graphics and marketing teams to deliver high-quality content.
  
  
  • Performing QC to ensure all published content is available on SonyLIV FE.
  
  
  • Writing creative Synopsis of the content and providing SEO-strong title enticing user watch the content.
  
  
  • Performing bulk changes in the meta fields as per the stakeholders requirements.
  
  
  • Providing meta tags for BAU in addition to live sports events.
  
  
  • Networking with the product and tech team, understanding new features released in CMS, implementing them in daily operations.
  
  
  • Expertise in live event operations and content delivery.
  
  
  • Ensuring availability and extending working hours when required based on the Sporting events.
  
  
  • The operations function on a 24x7 basis and candidate is expected to adhere to their allotted shift.
