Executive - Execution (Coffee)

• Collect all the GRN, with other set of documents of suppliers from warehouses.
• Make purchase invoice set.
• Check invoice with system for creating DMS ID.
• Submit original invoice to account for authorization.
• Co-ordinate with Agent or supplier for invoice/CN/DN & invoice correction.
• Inventory Weight update.
• Follow up for DN/CN for consignment settlement.
• CN/DN Print & Booking in system & submit to account.
• Stock Transfer entry in system.
• Following up with agent/supplier /LSP for Original invoice set of documents.
• Update original documents (Invoice & Purchase Contract) submission on tracking system.
• Submit original Sales invoice in document tracking system.
• Sales invoice original submission to the account.
• Preparing DN/CN on Sales Side and Submit to customer and account.

• 0-3 Years of experience
• Any Graduate
