Executive Facilities - CSR

Work timings: 9 am to 5pm

Work mode: Office

Raise and manage all CSR-related PRs/POs for grant disbursements, volunteering initiatives, events, and operational expenses (300+ transactions annually), while coordinating with Procurement and Finance for timely processing.
Coordinate end-to-end logistics for CSR programs and volunteering activities, including transport, refreshments, materials, venue arrangements, and on-ground support for Gurgaon office while coordinating virtually for other locations.
Support NGO onboarding and documentation, including execution of agreements and arranging stamp papers etc., create and maintain SANs for NGOs, including tracking SAN expiry dates and available amount balances
Track expiry dates of both Funding Codes and Indirect Expense Codes and ensure timely renewals to avoid any operational gaps
Maintain trackers for payments, procurement, and operational activities, and provide regular updates to the CSR team.
Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to ensure smooth execution of CSR initiatives across locations.

Graduate 

2-4 years of overall working experience in CSR, administration, billing process, MIS reporting

Deep familiarity with CSR activities, vendor onboarding and compliance

Critical thinking, problem solving, strong verbal and writing skills and ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the corporate structure.

Self-motivated, multitasking, reliable to deliver on time, quick thinker, able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment
