Executive - FI - HDFC

• Business Development and Expansion
  
• Identify, onboard, and activate new CSC VLEs as HDFC BCs/BFs across all districts.
  
• Promote banking services such as account opening, deposits, withdrawals, loan assistance, and other financial inclusion activities through CSCs.
  
• Achieve business growth aligned with targets set by CSC HQ and HDFC Bank.
  
• Operations and Performance Monitoring
  
• Provide handholding, training, and continuous guidance to enhance productivity and compliance.
  
• Address operational bottlenecks in systems, transactions, or onboarding processes.
  
• Coordination with CSC State/HO and HDFC Teams
  
• Act as the SPOC between CSC Kerala, HDFC Bank state office, and CSC headquarters for all operational and business communications.
  
• Ensure timely submission of reports, MIS, and business updates to both CSC and HDFC authorities.
  
• Support DMs in resolving partner -level or customer grievances.
  
• Compliance and Audit Support:
  
  Ensure that all CSC -HDFC BC centres in Kerala function in compliance with RBI and HDFC guidelines.
  
• Facilitate audit requirements and help address any discrepancies raised during inspections.
  
• Training and Awareness :
  
  Conduct regular training programs for new and existing BCs/BFs on HDFC banking products, KYC guidelines, and digital banking tools.
  
• Promote financial literacy and digital empowerment initiatives among rural customers.
  
• Reporting and Feedback:
  
  Maintain updated state -level dashboards reflecting active BCs/BFs and their business performance.
  
  Share feedback with CSC and HDFC for strategic improvements and new product rollouts.
