Job Description - Executive - Flight Ticketing

1. Understand the travel requirements from prospective clients.

2. Responsible for selling International and Domestic Flight tickets.

3. Create a quote from the portal.

4. Compare the prices and provide the best fare to clients.

5. Issue Boarding passes,Web Check-In.

6. Assist the customers till the Flights Take Off.

7. To build Good Relationships with Clients.

Requirements

1. Should have Customer Management skills.

2. Skills to manage the work with flexibility.

3. Soft-Spoken.

4. Good knowledge of computer(mailings, excel, word, internet).

5. Fluent in English and Hindi.

6. Local languages(exceptional)

7. Minimum 2years experience of Customer Handling and Computer Operations.
