Executive - Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities:

1. Video Editing & Production

• Edit and produce videos for Government campaigns, official events, and communication requirements.
  

• Create short films, interviews, testimonials, and awareness videos aligned with MSDE’s objectives.
  

• Add subtitles, graphics, voiceovers, and background scores to ensure accessibility and wider reach.
  

2. Event & Webinar Support

• Provide technical and editing support for official webinars, workshops, and conferences.
  

• Manage pre-event preparations, assist during live sessions, and produce post-event video highlights.
  

3. Multimedia Content Development

• Support the development of digital content (video, audio, and short clips) for use on MSDE’s official website, social media handles, and communication channels.
  

• Repurpose and optimize video content for different digital platforms.
  

4. Coordination & Documentation

• Work closely with internal departments, officials, and external vendors for timely delivery of assignments.
  

• Ensure proper documentation and archiving of video content.
  

5. Branding & Standards Compliance

• Ensure all content adheres to Government communication protocols and MSDE branding guidelines.
  

• Maintain accuracy, professionalism, and neutrality in all multimedia outputs.
  

• Bachelor’s degree/diploma in Media, Film Studies, Communication, or related discipline.
