Job Responsibilities:

  • Talent Acquisition: -

  • Relevant profiles sourcing by understanding the job description & job specification.
  • Profiles screening & shortlisting by coordaining with the hiring manager.
  • Scheduling interviews & capturing the interview feedback.
  • Coordinating with the shortlisted candidates for documentation & HR interview.
  • Candidate follow-up until joining.
  • Employee On-boarding: -
  • Coordinate & schedule Pre-Employment Health-up.
  • Submission of IT Request for the New Hire (Asset allocation)
  • Prepare personal file, Appointment Letter, NDA, Welcome Email Communication, IT Security Training etc.
  • Learning & Development: -
  • Review the monthly training priorities with Managers.
  • Prepare the Monthly Training Calendar aligned with the Individual Training Matrix & monthly training priorities.
  • Schedule Training, Training Attendance Tracking, Training Feedback & Training Effectiveness.
  • Preparing & tracking training records for all employees.
  • Employee Engagement Initiatives: -  
  • Coordinate Employee Engagement Initiatives – HR (Meet & Greet, MEET & CSR Initiatives)
  • Sharing Inspiring Stories Around the Nation on every Friday
  • MRM Data Reporting for Talent Acquisition, Employee Onboarding & Learning & Development
  • Initiate Background Verification (Qualification, Employment & Criminal Record Verification) programs.
  • Making sure 100% compliance to Magna Compliance Mandatory Trainings completion within the targeted timeline along with HR Induction & Orientation, HR & Administration Polices Overview, Magna’s Fair Enterprise Culture, ESI Business Processes Overview, Performance Management Overview & ESI Leadership Orientation.
  • Track the probation completion review & confirmation letter for the eligible employees.
  • Qualification, Experience & Skills and Competencies:

    (Min & Max, industry)

    §  Minimum 5 years directly related experience in an HR generalist capacity including hiring, learning & development, employee relations and management consultation.

    §  Strong communication skills: verbal, written, and presentations. Ability to manage employee communications.

    Masters / Bachelor’s degree specialization in Human Resources
