Job Description - Executive - HR Generalist




Role:  Executive – HR generalist




 




Reporting to: 
General Manager HR



   



Location
: Andheri, Mumbai



 



Experience:
 3 to 6 years



 



Qualification:
 
MBA



 



Job Responsibilities:




 



  • Hand on experience in using job portals like Naukri, linkedin.

  • Experience in stakeholders management, understanding the requirement & give weekly hiring update.

  • Experience in manpower budgeting. Work on quarterly to yearly plan

  • Experience of prioritizing & allocation of task assigned

  • Ready to travel to factory twice a month.

  • Experience of employee branding on social sites

  • Responsible for handling employee cycle.

  • Acts as a single point of the contact. Should have zeal to drive employee engagement, must have experience in employee engagement & employee retention.

  • To initiate and co-ordinate employee participation and engagement initiatives

  • To monitor timely completion of annual appraisal process and monthly confirmation appraisal

  • Responsible for monitoring completion of Exit Interviews, Clearance formalities, issuing relieving letters

  • Good in listening, English communication & inter personal skills

  • Must be well versed with MS Excel, PowerPoint



 



Skills and Qualifications:




  • Master's in Business Administration in Human Resources.

  • 3-6 years of experience in generalist profile in pharmaceutical industry.

  • Proficiency in I-IRIS systems and MS Office Suite.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, extrovert.

  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple tasks and DEADLINES.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Problem-solving skills and ability to resolve conflicts effectively.

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time efficiently.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

  • Understanding of the business and its impact on organization.
