Executive I - Materials

External Job Description

• Gate Entry and Inwarding of materials against PO, Invoice and relevant documents


• Coordinate with Transporters, Buyers and Suppliers was resolving issues, disputes and discrepancy.


• Ensure 100% compliance to commercial rules and government regulations


• Dispatch planning based on periodic requirements via Stock Transfer Orders


• Dispatch planning based on critical list shared by Purchase & also based on criticalities.


• Safe Loading of Vehicles; Preparation of TC files


• Coordination with contractors for vehicle loading, barrel filling, tanker loading


• Coordination with security team for vehicle inward and outward


• Coordination with Production, QA, Purchase, Planning, Central Supply Chain, IT, Accounts and Taxation, OPCs, IBU, Logistics, New Product Development teams, R&D, APPPG, PPG, on daily basis


• Coordination of Export activities; documentation and Execution


• Pro-Active reporting of Unsafe Conditions in respective area its speedy closure to ensure safety of self and other team members.


• Coordination with Transporters for Vehicle Placement


• Manpower management for Truck Dispatch, Tanker Loading and Barrelization


• Knowledge of SAP-MM (t-codes, movement, validation, trouble shooting, etc)


• Knowledge of EWM within SAP or any equivalent software.


• Good MS Excel and MS PowerPoint Skills


• Experience with Power BI/Tableau


• Any certifications pertaining to Six Sigma, DOE, etc
