• New
Client Acquisition: Work closely with the
Account-Based Marketing (ABM) team to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly
sales targets.
• Post-Demo
Engagement: Share proposals, follow up for
client feedback, secure references, handle negotiations, manage agreement
signing, and ensure seamless client onboarding.
• Prospecting
& Lead Generation: Conduct strategic
outreach and engagement activities to generate qualified leads.
• Client
Meetings: Collaborate with the Key Account
Manager (KAM) in client discussions to ensure smooth conversions and build
strong relationships.
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in Inside Sales, preferably
in HR Placement, HR Shared Services, or BPO companies.
• Strong communication,
negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience in proposal
preparation, lead management, and client onboarding.
• Ability to work with
cross-functional teams and meet sales targets.
