LINC Education is looking for young and motivated instructional design professionals with up to 1 year of experience in online content creation, instructional design, or exposure to learning management systems (LMS) such as Moodle and Canvas. This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals seeking to establish a solid foundation in the field of online learning and course development.
As an Executive – Learning Design, you will collaborate with LINC’s Manager – Learning Design, our various learning design experts, and university teams to support the development of high-impact online learning materials for our global academic partners. You will also work closely with our extended team of content creators drawn from our pool of LINC Fellows.
Design and develop engaging, learner-centric online learning content using instructional design models like ADDIE and Bloom’s Taxonomy.
Create interactive eLearning modules through collaboration with subject matter experts and academic teams.
Create storyboards and demonstrate familiarity with eLearning tools and LMS platforms.
Refine content with a strong focus on language accuracy, clarity, and instructional quality.
Requirements
Qualifications: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, English, Instructional Design, or a related field; certification in Instructional Design is an added advantage.
Experience: 0–1 year of experience in instructional design, particularly for online learning environments.
