Job Title	Executive – IT	Reporting To	Senior Manager - IT
Location	Gangaikondan	Grade/ Level	SD
Job Objective

To support and maintain IT infrastructure by ensuring smooth operation of systems, networks, and user support services, enabling uninterrupted business operations and efficient issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities

Responsibilities	KPIs
1)	Manage servers, networks, firewalls, and storage systems Ensure high availability of IT systems and network security Plan and implement IT upgrades and improvements
2)	Handle critical IT issues and escalations Diagnose and resolve complex hardware/software problems Support plant systems and automation IT needs
3)	Manage ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and integrations Coordinate with cross-functional teams for system improvements Ensure data accuracy and system efficiency
4)	Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers Manage IT procurement and asset tracking
SECTION VI: ROLE PROFILE REQUIREMENTS

Education	Bachelor’s Degree (Relevant to IT )
Experience	2 to 4 years of experience in IT infrastructure / support Experience in manufacturing / plant IT preferred
Competencies	CORE COMPETENCIES	LEADERSHIP/ BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES
Network & Server Management ERP Systems (SAP preferred) Cybersecurity	Leadership skills Analytical thinking Problem-solving ability
