Job Summary

• Enable implementation of strategies towards 100% fulfilment of business needs

• Collaborate with key drivers of business (Leaders & Managers )

• Resources pool management and effective re-deployment of the project ramped down associates.

• Working with stakeholders such as Delivery Managers, to understand the skills and areas for development for all assigned resources and upcoming opportunities

• Reporting to Stakeholders on fulfillment of Critical Accounts

• Enable internal Build pipeline for Niche skills

• Adhere SLA and save billing loss.

• Bench Management and project ramp up with defined timelines.

Roles & Responsibilities

As an Executive in HR Fulfillment, your role will be instrumental in ensuring the effective fulfillment of human resources needs and supporting the Delivery unit's talent requirement and management strategies. You are responsbile for Resources pool management and effective re-deployment of associates as per the DU's requirement. Closely Working with stakeholders such as Delivery Managers, to understand the skills and areas for development for all assigned resources and upcoming opportunities

Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.

Education

Any Bachelor Degree or HR / business administration Degree is preferred
