Description
As an Executive - Key Accounts, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and building strong relationships with key clients. Your primary focus will be to manage and develop key accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention. You will be a part of our dynamic sales team, working closely with other departments to deliver exceptional service and meet business objectives.

Responsibilities

Manage and nurture key accounts, building long-term relationships with clients.
Identify and understand client needs, offering tailored solutions.
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets.
Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales plans.
Ensure timely delivery of products and services, maintaining high standards.
Handle client inquiries and provide prompt resolutions.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts.
Assist in new business development and expansion opportunities.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of work experience in a similar role.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Knowledge of the electrical and digital systems industry is an advantage.
Analytical skills for interpreting sales data.
Self-motivated and results-driven attitude.
Willingness to travel for business purposes.
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
