Job Description - Executive - Loan Facilitation

â¢ Assist in key loan processing activities to ensure timely and accurate Logins , loan approvals and disbursals.

â¢ Support sales managers and their clients in the loan approval and disbursal process.

â¢ Monitor loan documentation and processing activities to meet loan approval timelines and disbursal targets.

â¢ Coordinate with lenders to facilitate loan processing and resolve any issues that may arise.

â¢ Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies during the loan facilitation process.

â¢ Maintain accurate records of loan processing activities and generate reports as required.

â¢ Provide support to the team and assist in training new sales managers as needed.

Requirements

â¢ Proven experience in loan processing or a related field.

â¢ Strong understanding of loan facilitation processes and regulatory requirements.

â¢ Proficiency in Hindi is required to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

â¢ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

â¢ Proficiency in MS Excel and other relevant software.

â¢ Strong organizational and time-management skills.

â¢ Minimum of 3-6 years of experience in loan processing or a similar role.

â¢ Any degree
