Vacancy: (Grade) – Sr. Electrical Maintenance Engineer

What will you do? **

Key Skills & Responsibilities

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in:

Electrical wiring

Electrical circuits

Control wiring

Interpretation of electrical drawings and schematics

Good working knowledge of:

Pneumatic and electro-pneumatic machines

Electrical controls and automation-related equipment

Experience in instrument repair and development will be an added advantage.

PLC Programming will be an added advantage. (Ladder programming)

ISO 14001 documentation Familiarity with:

requirements

Safety principles, safety policies, and compliance practices

Strong understanding and practical application of:

Poka-Yoke

Kaizen

Horizontal Deployment

Why-Why Analysis

Knowledge of maintenance and reliability concepts such as:

MTTR (Mean Time to Repair)

MTBF (Mean Time Between Failures)

Preventive Maintenance (PM)

Slippage

Other standard maintenance KPIs and terminologies

**Who are we looking for? **

Educational Qualification

Mandatory: Diploma in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering

(Preference will be given to Diploma holders with strong hands-on experience)

Work Experience: Maintenance department in manufacturing industries only, Automobile industry will be preferred.

Work Experience

8 to 10 years of experience in the manufacturing industry

Experience in the automobile sector will be a significant advantage
