Executive - Master Data Management

Major responsibilities are as follows:

1. Handling requests for Material code creation from various functions like Product Support, Order Engineering, Marketing Services etc. Ensuring that these requests are processed through SCASE (ticket system) and resolved within 2 days from request creation.

2. Monitoring the quality of new material codes being created as per the checklist maintained in the department and ensuring compliance with the laid down guidelines.

3. Organizing periodic meetings with various Plant functions to ensure the timely resolution and closure of all created tickets.

4. Providing periodic training to various Plant functions to ensure data accuracy and reduce rework and related correspondence while filling in function related views.

5. Completing the specific projects for Master data cleansing on time.
