Executive Operations

• Outsourced  Agencies � Floor Managers/ Supervisors  

• Graduate (preferable in Hotel Management)

• 2 - 4  years of experience in Operations in retail industry

(required for performing the job effectively)

• Comprehensive knowledge of food-court operations
• Knowledge of managing a kitchen as well front-office/ counter of an F&B outlet

• Responsible for overall day to day functioning of the food court with regards to service quality, safety, hygiene, general sanitation, seating area optimization etc

• Manage all Front of House and Back of House activities for the food court
• Ensure efficiency of food courts by monitoring the adherence of all food court stores / outlets to the defined safety procedures, all engineering systems and equipments are functioning smoothly, timely garbage clearance, etc
• Ensure that adequate number of food-court staff is deployed at the right place/s and establish grooming standards for them
• Ensure that all retailers are informed about the food & service standards, health/ hygiene rules and safety procedures for the food-court
• Interact with the retailers on a daily basis to understand their issues and resolve the same in the minimum possible time
• Maintain a customer complaint/ issue register at the food court and coordinate with the concerned department/person to resolve the complaint or issues in the shortest possible time
