Outsourcing
& Vendor Management

• Onboard
  and manage outsourcing partners for tile manufacturing (vitrified,
  ceramic, glazed)
  
• Negotiate
  pricing, terms, and delivery schedules
  
• Build
  and maintain vendor relationships
  

Quality
Control

• Conduct
  on-site quality checks covering:
  
• Dimensions,
  thickness, surface finish & glaze
  
• Strength,
  water absorption & durability
  
• Shade
  consistency and batch uniformity
  
• Ensure
  compliance with company standards (ISI/ISO)
  

Production
& Delivery

• Track
  production progress against order schedules
  
• Ensure
  timely dispatch and delivery
  
• Resolve
  quality/production issues with vendors
  

Reporting

• Maintain
  inspection and QC records
  
• Submit
  daily/weekly reports
  
• Coordinate
  with sales, procurement & logistics teams
  

Requirements

• Diploma
  in Glass/ & Ceramic Technology preferred;
  
• 2–5
  years in tiles manufacturing, QA/QC, or vendor outsourcing
  
• Knowledge
  of tile production and quality parameters
  
• Good
  communication, negotiation & coordination skills
  
• Willing
  to travel between Ahmedabad and Morbi
