* Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end production and execution of LRS content properties, ensuring timely delivery and high creative standards.
• Drive content ideation, development, and execution aligned with audience preferences and platform objectives.
• Manage production planning, scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation across multiple projects.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including talent, creators, production partners, marketing, and platform teams.
• Oversee editorial quality, storytelling, and creative direction throughout the production lifecycle.
• Monitor content performance and leverage audience insights to optimize future content strategies.
• Ensure adherence to production timelines, budgets, and organizational guidelines.
• Identify opportunities for innovation in content formats, workflows, and audience engagement initiatives.
• Mentor and guide production teams to foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and excellence.
