Windows Support Coordination

• Coordinate installation, configuration, and support activities for Windows desktops and laptops.
  
• Assign and track service tickets related to operating system issues, software installation, and hardware troubleshooting.
  
• Monitor ticket resolution timelines and ensure adherence to SLAs.
  
• Coordinate with field engineers and technical teams for issue resolution and escalation management.
  
• Maintain records of incidents, service requests, and closure reports.
  

AMC Management

• Manage AMC schedules for customers and ensure timely execution of preventive maintenance activities.
  
• Track contract validity, renewal dates, and service commitments.
  
• Coordinate preventive maintenance visits with customers and engineers.
  
• Maintain AMC documentation, service reports, and compliance records.
  
• Monitor spare parts requirements and coordinate with procurement teams when necessary.
  

Service Operations

• Schedule and allocate engineers based on customer requirements and service priorities.
  
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly service status reports.
  
• Ensure customer communication regarding service schedules, delays, and closures.
  
• Maintain asset and inventory tracking for customer sites where applicable.
  
• Support audit and documentation requirements related to service delivery.
  

Requirements

• Good understanding of Windows operating systems and desktop support environments.
  
• Knowledge of AMC operations and preventive maintenance processes.
  
• Familiarity with ticketing tools and service management platforms.
  
• Strong coordination, communication, and customer management skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple service requests and priorities simultaneously.
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook.
