Job Description - Executive - Program Operations and Growth, Meghalaya
Role: Executive - Program Operations and Growth, Meghalaya Experience: 1- 3 years Salary: Upto 4 LPA Language: Fluency in Khasi/Pnar is mandatory along with English.
The person serves as the Direct Responsible Individual (DRI) for the end-to-end execution of our EdTech initiatives within the schools of East Jaintia Hills.
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1. End-to-End Project Execution:
Rollout Management: Serve as the Primary Contact for all assigned schools. Ensure smooth, timely, and compliant rollout of digital learning solutions (e.g., smart classes, digital labs, preloaded devices).
Capacity Building: Plan and deliver impactful, needs-based training sessions for both students and teachers. Set clear usage expectations and track post-training engagement to drive adoption.
2. Monitoring, Data, and Impact Assessment:
Field Monitoring: Conduct regular, extensive field visits to remote schools within East Jaintia Hills for profiling, troubleshooting technical issues, and enhancing usage.
Data Collection & Reporting: Maintain excellent documentation, including reports, usage data, case studies, and impact stories. Facilitate data collection for impact assessment (baseline and endline surveys).
3. Stakeholder Management and Communication:
Local Liaison: Build and maintain strong, empathetic relationships with teachers, school administrators, community stakeholders, and local government bodies.
Reporting: Submit clear, structured progress reports, presentations, and case studies to external clients, funders, and partners to ensure transparency and accountability.
Growth Support: Assist the Sales/Growth team by conducting field demonstrations and identifying potential leads or cross-selling opportunities during regular school visits.
Mandatory Core Requirements:
Experience: Minimum 2 years proven experience in end-to-end field-level project execution within the education or social sector.
Language:Fluency in Khasi/Pnar is mandatory for on-ground communication, along with proficiency in English.
Execution: Ability to independently plan, implement, monitor, and report on projects across multiple schools (acting as the Direct Responsible Individual - DRI).
Technical & Training: Strong skills in delivering training/facilitation to teachers and students, and demonstrating EdTech solutions (mobile apps, digital labs).
Documentation: Excellent documentation skills, including accurate reporting, usage data management, and case study collection.
