Executive Purchase

·        Procure raw materials like Ferro Alloys, Metal Powder,
Chemical, Mineral and silicates as per the requirement of production in
accordance with company standards and specifications.

·        Procure raw materials like SS Wires, Alloy steel
wires, SS and MS Stripes, Packing Material, Lubricants, Packing Material, Job
Work Order Execution as per the requirement of production in accordance with
company standards and specifications.

·        Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, assessing
their reliability, quality, and pricing.

·        Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with suppliers
to ensure favorable agreements and cost savings.

·        Develop and maintain strong relationships with
suppliers, fostering open communication and collaboration.

·        Create and manage purchase orders for raw materials,
ensuring accuracy and completeness.

·        Monitor inventory levels of raw materials and
anticipate future demand to prevent stockouts or excess inventory.

·        Coordinate with production, store and Quality teams to
ensure timely delivery of raw materials to meet production schedules.

·        Adhere strictly to standard operating procedures
(SOPs) and procurement policies to maintain compliance and integrity in the
purchasing process.

·        Conduct regular audits and inspections of procurement
activities to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to SOPs.

·        Plan and Execute Vendor Audit Periodically.

·        Resolve any discrepancies or issues related to raw
material procurement, delivery, or quality in Timely manner.

·        Handle Quality complaints effectively without
disrupting the purchase cycle.

·        Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing,
supplier performance, and compliance documentation.

·        Main and update all the Documents Related of ISO

·        Coordinate with Store and Accounts for Bill booking
and release of payment.

·        Monitor market trends and industry developments to
identify potential suppliers and opportunities for cost savings
