• Provide technical support and troubleshoot customer issues.
• Coordinate with customers regarding outstanding payments and receivables.
• Follow up on pending invoices and payment collections.
• Maintain customer records and payment-related documentation.
• Coordinate with service, finance, and sales teams.
• Support customer relationship management and after-sales service.
