MARKETING

• Lead generation through LinkedIn and digital marketing
  
• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns
  
• Versatility in using CRM tools
  
• Design creatives using Canva and similar tools
  
• Basic photo / video editing for promotions
  

SALES

• Respond promptly to inbound leads
  
• Convert warm leads into hot, sales ready leads
  
• Send followup emails and business proposals
  
• Negotiate commercial terms with prospects
  
• Close deals and secure Purchase Orders (PO)
  

• Bachelor’s
  degree in any related field.
  
• Minimum 1 to 4 years in B2B sales / marketing
  (industrial, sustainability or capital equipment preferred)
  
• Working
  knowledge of LinkedIn campaigns, email tools & CRM systems
  
• Proficiency
  in Canva or similar design tools
  
• Strong
  written communication & negotiation skills
  
• Self-driven
  and comfortable owning both marketing and closing
