Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new customers within the assigned territory
- Screen the database received from the pre-sales team to identify relevant contacts such as Directors, MDs, CEOs, CHROs, CFOs, and Business Heads using various sources including client websites, internet searches, and LinkedIn
- Engage with potential prospects over the phone to brief them on products and schedule meetings
- Demonstrate the ability to successfully close sales, particularly within the mid-corporate segment
- Share a daily call status/MIS report with the team, capturing details of clients contacted or met, and new companies added to the database. Share the calling sheet with sales associates daily in the prescribed format
- Manage the end-to-end contract lifecycle support, from order entry to dispatch (excluding document collection)
- Conduct client engagement activities, including soliciting feedback to ensure customer satisfaction post-sale
Key Requirements:
- 2 to 5 years of experience in Business Development
- Proven track record in B2B sales, engaging with C-level executives
- Graduate or Postgraduate qualification
- Fluency in English is essential
- Strong proficiency in Excel with a focus on maintaining clean and organized data
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
- Strong ability to build and manage client relationships effectively
