About the Role

We are looking for a hands-on Finance & Accounts professional with strong fundamentals in accounting, accounts payable, GST/TDS compliance, and vendor reconciliation. The ideal candidate should have experience working in a small or mid-sized organization and be comfortable managing day-to-day accounting activities independently.

Key Responsibilities

  Handle day-to-day accounting entries, bookkeeping, and voucher posting.

  
  


• 
  

  Manage accounts payable, vendor invoices, and payment processing.

  
  


• 
  

  Perform vendor and bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.

  
  


• 
  

  Handle GST and TDS compliance activities, including documentation and related reconciliations.

  
  


• 
  

  Maintain accurate ledgers, supporting documents, and accounting records.

  
  


• 
  

  Assist with month-end closing, expense tracking, and financial reporting.

  
  


• 
  

  Coordinate with vendors for invoice queries, outstanding payments, and reconciliation issues.

  
  

Requirements

• 
  

  2–4 years of relevant experience in Finance & Accounts.

  
  


• 
  

  Hands-on experience with Tally ERP / Tally Prime.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals, journal entries, debit/credit concepts, and accounts payable processes.

  
  


• 
  

  Practical exposure to GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and vendor reconciliation.

  
  


• 
  

  Experience in a small or mid-sized private limited company is preferred.

  
  


• 
  

  Ability to handle accounting activities independently rather than relying entirely on automated workflows.
