Job Description – Executive / Senior Executive – Referral Marketing

Job Summary

We are looking for marketing professionals to develop referral networks, build relationships with doctors and healthcare partners, and increase patient referrals and hospital business.

Key Responsibilities

• Build relationships with doctors, clinics, healthcare professionals, and referral partners.
  

• Identify new referral opportunities and expand patient referrals.
  

• Conduct field visits, health camps, awareness programs, and community outreach activities.
  

• Develop relationships with local communities, corporates, and institutions.
  

• Coordinate with hospital teams and track referral performance.
  

• Maintain referral reports and conduct regular partner follow-ups.
  

Requirements

• 3–7 years of experience in referral marketing, hospital marketing, or healthcare marketing.
  

• Strong networking, communication, and relationship-management skills.
  

• Ability to build referral networks and achieve business targets.
  

• Comfortable with field visits and community outreach activities.
  

• Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting is preferred.
