Executive - Social Media Marketing

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Executive with 2+ years of experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency. The ideal candidate should have hands -on expertise in managing social media channels, driving organic growth, boosting engagement, and executing impactful social media campaigns.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of audience behavior, and experience working with influencers to build brand awareness.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage day -to -day activities across social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube
  
• Interact with the audience through comments, messages, and community engagement initiatives
  
• Develop and implement strategies to increase followers, reach, and engagement organically
  
• Track, measure, and analyze social media performance using insights and analytics tools
  
• Plan and maintain monthly content calendars aligned with brand goals
  
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create engaging posts, reels, and campaigns
  
• Identify relevant influencers and manage end -to -end collaboration processes
  
• Handle influencer outreach, communication, and partnership execution
  
• Stay informed about the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithm updates
• Prepare performance reports and recommend optimization strategies
  

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a digital marketing or advertising agency
  
• Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube)
  
• Proven experience in community management and audience engagement
  
• Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools
  
• Knowledge of influencer marketing and campaign execution
  
• Creative mindset with awareness of current trends
  
• Strong communication and coordination abilities
  
• Basic knowledge of paid advertising is a plus
