Executive / Sr. Executive - Business Development

Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to generate qualified sales opportunities and support the business development team. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B inside sales, strong communication skills, and the ability to engage prospective clients across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads through outbound prospecting, cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach.
  
• Manage inbound enquiries and qualify leads before handing them over to the sales team.
  
• Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team.
  
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities, contacts, and opportunities in HubSpot CRM.
  
• Attend industry events, conferences, and webinars to identify and engage prospective customers.
  
• Follow up with prospects to nurture leads and move them through the sales pipeline.
  
• Work closely with the sales, marketing, and solutions teams to support pipeline growth.
  
• Track lead conversion metrics and provide regular pipeline updates.
  

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• 2–5 years of experience in Inside Sales, Lead Generation, or Business Development, preferably in Cybersecurity or B2B IT Services.
  
• Hands-on experience with HubSpot CRM.
  
• Strong cold calling, prospecting, and lead qualification skills.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Comfortable attending customer events and networking opportunities.
  
• Self-motivated with a target-driven approach and strong organizational skills.
