Role Overview

We are looking for an accomplished business and operations leader to drive growth across Content, Technology, and AI Data Services businesses. The role involves end-to-end ownership of business operations, delivery, revenue realization, profitability, customer success, and organizational capability.

The EVP will work closely with the CEO and leadership team to build a scalable, profitable, and high-performing organization, ensuring predictable delivery, strong customer relationships, and sustainable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  Own business operations and operational performance across Content, Technology, and AI Data Services.

  
  


• 
  

  Drive revenue realization, gross margins, EBITDA, productivity, utilization, and cost optimization.

  
  


• 
  

  Lead annual operating plans, business forecasting, capacity planning, and periodic business reviews.

  
  


• 
  

  Strengthen delivery governance, operational excellence, and PMO capabilities.

  
  


• 
  

  Improve predictability across delivery quality, timelines, capacity, productivity, and profitability.

  
  


• 
  

  Build scalable processes, dashboards, and early-warning mechanisms to reduce operational risks and dependency on firefighting.

  
  


• 
  

  Act as a senior executive sponsor for strategic customers, managing relationships, business reviews, and critical escalations.

  
  


• 
  

  Partner with Sales and Pre-Sales on solutioning, commercials, feasibility assessments, and transition of new business into delivery.

  
  


• 
  

  Identify opportunities for account expansion and deeper customer partnerships.

  
  


• 
  

  Build and develop strong leadership teams, succession plans, and a culture of accountability and high performance.

  
  


• 
  

  Drive the growth of AI Data Services and strengthen Technology Services through automation, AI-enabled workflows, and operational improvements.

  Collaborate with Finance, Sales, HR, Solutions, and other functions to translate business strategy into execution.

  
  

Must-Have Requirements

• 
  

  Approximately 20+ years of professional experience, including significant leadership responsibility in large-scale operations, delivery, or business-unit management.

  
  


• 
  

  Demonstrated P&L and business ownership, beyond project or delivery management.

  
  


• 
  

  Strong track record of driving revenue growth, profitability, productivity, and operational efficiency.

  Experience leading large, complex, multidisciplinary teams
