Role & responsibility:

·         Send inquiries to suitable
vendors/OEMs/distributors

·         Act as a catalyst
between demand and supply

·         Make a comparative
statement based on quality, lead time, price, etc.

·         Negotiate the terms
& commercials

·         Place purchase
order within a stipulated time

·         Coordinate with the
supplier & maintain documentation of the executed order

·         Experience in using
any CRM tool like Salesforce, Zoho, Dynamics, etc. will be an added advantage.

Requirements

·         4 -6 years of minimum
business Purchase or other relevant experience.

·         Outstanding
presentation, and reporting skills.

·         Proficient in Word,
Excel, Outlook, Tally ERP and PowerPoint
