 Job Title: Senior Executive

• Responsible for acquiring and securing key private and government projects in the assigned market by leveraging personal network and influencing decision-makers.
  
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate project sales, including builders, contractors, applicators, architects, and approving authorities.
  
• Conduct comprehensive market research and analysis to comprehend project-specific needs, competitor activities, and market trends, utilizing this information to shape sales strategies.
  
• Ensure effective communication of product quality and benefits to project stakeholders through presentations, demonstrations, and promotional activities.
  
• Monitor project sales performance, compile detailed reports on sales activities, and offer insights to the Sales Manager for strategic decision-making.
  
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with key project customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and other team members to ensure cohesive and strategic sales efforts.
  
• Ensure complete compliance with the company's reporting requirements, maintaining accurate and timely records in both online and offline formats.

• Demonstrated ability to drive project sales and manage customer relationships.
  
• Highly motivated, result-oriented, and capable of working independently.
  
• Must possess a strategic mindset with the ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
  
• 2 - 6 years of experience in Project Sales, preferably from the Construction Chemical / Cement industry.
  
• Any Graduate or Post Graduate Degree / Diploma in Marketing Management.
