Exe/Sr Executive HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Selection

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from understanding
  hiring requirements to candidate onboarding.
  
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through
  job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
  
• Coordinate interviews, follow up with candidates
  and hiring managers, and negotiate offers.
  

2. Onboarding & Induction

• Manage joining formalities, document verification,
  offer letters, appointment letters, and employee records.
  
• Conduct employee induction and coordinate with
  relevant departments for a smooth onboarding experience. 
  

3. Employee Relations & Engagement

• Address employee queries, concerns, and grievances.
  
• Organise employee engagement activities,
  celebrations, and recognition programmes.
  
• Support employee retention initiatives and maintain
  a positive work environment.
  

4. Attendance Management

• Maintain attendance, leave records, shift
  schedules, and employee information.
  
• Coordinate with Finance and payroll teams to ensure
  accurate and timely salary processing.
  

5. HR Operations & Documentation

• Maintain employee files, HR databases, and
  confidential personnel records.
  

6. HR Reporting & MIS

• Prepare regular HR reports on headcount,
  recruitment, attrition, attendance, leave, and employee movements.
  
• Maintain HR dashboards and trackers to support
  management decisions.
  

Requirements

• Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR will be
  an advantage.
  
• 1–5 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR
  Operations roles.
  
• Experience in payroll management will be an added
  advantage.
  
• Working knowledge of recruitment, employee
  engagement, and HR documentation.
  
• Strong communication, interpersonal, coordination,
  and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to manage multiple HR activities
  independently and maintain confidentiality.
